Registration and Payment

Students are strongly encouraged to participate (see possible financial help). Students may have their travel expenses assisted by an award (up to 500 US dollars per person). Best student presentations are rewarded with juicy prizes.

Deadlines. The deadline for abstract submission, and for low-cost registration (100 US dollars, 80 for students) is September 15, 2008 (date after which registration will be 125 US dollars, 100 for students). Even if you do not pay yet, please fill in the registration form anyway, so that we can have a better idea of how many people to expect.

Form of Payment. Participants from outside Argentina should pay with Western Union. Because of difficulties with bank transactions in Argentina, this is the only means for advanced payment we have (sorry). The order should be made to Juan Marcos Mirande (Barrio Portal de San Pablo, Manzana A, Casa 6, 4129 San Pablo, Tucumán, Argentina), using Western Union. Western Union takes online deposits. Please send us the code of the operation so that we can keep track of the deposits. Participants from within Argentina should make a deposit in a bank account ("caja de ahorro en pesos") on the name of Rohmer-Litzmann, Banco Francés, caja de ahorro 223-303105/7, CBU 0170223340000030310573 (account holders are M. Rohmer-Litzmann and P. Goloboff). As you pay, please send us the operation number so that we can keep track of the deposits.
